Best experience I have ever had! Wow! I have found my mechanic! Having to get my car serviced is always kind of stressful as I know nothing about cars and don't want to get taken if you know what I mean. We were so far behind in servicing my son's car that I was really worried about how much deferred maintenance may have to do and any damage from not keeping up with it. But knew it had to be done. I first took the care to another mechanic that I had used in the past and got a whopping $3000 estimate. So I thought well I better shop around. So I call two other places with Valencia Auto Performance being one of them. Boy was I pleasantly surprised to find out that for the very same work was half the price of the first mechanic and found that a couple of items really did not need to be done. Once all the work had been completed Sam showed me all the old parts and went through the invoice item by item. What a great experience. Valencia Auto Performance is my mechanic for life!!!

Fantastic! I just went in for a Smog check but I was super impressed with this place! Customer service is falling by the wayside with a lot of companies these days but not this place! I stopped in and had some questions and was a little worried because my check engine light had previously been on. The girl checked it with the little computer and said she thought it'd be fine and it was. I probably wasn't even there for 20 minutes and they looked pretty busy but we we're in and out! Also, they charged me the coupon price without me even asking. I had originally stopped by another smog station who wanted $20 more and said it'd be a half hour wait and they were not friendly. I don't usually even do reviews but I'm glad places like this still exists and I will most definitely be back!

Sam is without a doubt the best auto technician in the area. I've been taking my car here for about three years now and Sam does it all. Honest and quality work. The man deserves a raise. Cheers and see you guys the next time the car is in need!

It took a little time finding out why my dodge ram 1500 wouldn't start. Alan (service manager) was fantastic. His knowledge, skill and superb customer service really eased my anxiety and he even provided a loaner car to me. My truck now starts right up. I will be back here for my next repair.

Every time I need something fixed on any of our three cars, I take it here. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They have a great clean waiting room, free coffee/water, TV, magazines and today's paper. Cost is reasonable and they do an expert job of testing for smog or complete auto repair.

I have been coming here with my old trusted 95 Ford Explorer for over 10 years. With their amazing service and help, the truck just finally was sent to the junkyard due to the transmission failing for the second time with over 320K miles on it! Woohoo! Without Sam and Mike, that vehicle would have been gone long ago.
Sam Farah is the guy I like to work on my cars. He always goes above and beyond in helping me out to save whatever I can. After the truck was disposed of, I brought over the used car I was looking to purchase. Sam stopped what he was doing, checked it out for me even lifting it up and letting me know of a couple of issues beginning to wear, and even took it for a test drive! With his information, I was able to get a little bit of a discount on the car.
Mike is always helpful in any way he can and really all the employees here make me feel welcome and care about what is happening with my cars.
Getting a car smog isn't really the most exciting thing in the world, so this review will be brief. There's not too much to say except for that the process was so easy and fast! I brought my car in and by the time I finished writing a yelp review and checked a few emails my car was ready. Maybe 20 minutes max!
My car passed which is always a good thing.. haha.. Sometimes you just don't know. The staff was awesome! She was so friendly, even though she was stuck in a small little office and had a guy yelling at her for pretty much no reason. She's awesome.
They have a lounge to hang in while you wait for your car with coffee and water. There's a tv and there are books too, but unless you want to read about Broadway Musicals or Soviet Russia then just make sure your phone has battery lol.
Make sure to bring a coupon if you have it, I only paid $34.95 for the smog! And they also do other services as well, oil change, and any other vehicle maintenance that you need. 5 stars!!

I use these guys to smog all of my vehicles. They have always been quick and accurate regarding their time estimates. If I ever had any issues with my vehicle they provide recommendations on how to clear the codes or what repairs I might need. They also have a full repair shop.

I wish I found them sooner. This is the type of mom and pop shop you want to support. They are friendly and attentive, and know how to fix your car. They shoot straight with you and don't scalp you on pricing. My repair quoted by the local Toyota dealership was $3500, they did it for $900, with a better warranty and handed me a rental car for 3 days, without me even asking.

Took my new Car for its first oil change. I am still so happy that I did my Yelp homework and found them. They are a little hidden gem between the gas station and Dapper Dans Car Wash and set back from the road behind the car rental place. Trust me it's worth the effort to check them out. Clean waiting room with comfy couches and coffee and drinks. Immaculate bathrooms. It's owned by a husband/wife team who are usually there on the premises when I go. They give you a ride home in a nice car or they will provide a free rental car for major repairs. They have a really great rate at the next door Car rental place if you need to have a car while your car is getting serviced. Really, great rate! Many thanks to Pam and Mike and Sam for excellent service always!
