Mike & Pam Cavanah
Owners
Mike and Pam Cavanah have owned Valencia Auto Performance & Simply Smog since 2004. They are very hands-on shop owners, with Mike overseeing operations from the frontend to the backend and everything in between. He enjoys talking to customers and suppliers, and drives our courtesy shuttle van on a regular basis. Meanwhile, Pam does the bulk of the daily bookkeeping, pays the bills, does payroll, and covers the front counter when needed. Both Mike and Pam are available to chat anytime, and welcome hearing from our awesome customers.
Sam
Shop Manager
Our shop manager, Sam, has over 35 years of experience in the auto repair and service industry. He has worked for Valencia Auto Performance for six years, and keeps the shop running smoothly. Sam is very knowledgeable on all makes and models, and has managed other auto repair shops in the past here in California and in Arizona. He is also a licensed California smog inspector.

Luis is a great mechanic with a bright and cheery disposition. He has experience working on all makes and models, and has been in the automotive industry for 22 years.

Auto Repair Mechanic
Karen has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry repairing all types of vehicles. He has worked at both dealers facilities and independent shops. He is excellent at fixing all types of mechanical problems, as well as those tricky electrical issues that can stump a less experienced technician. We’re thrilled with having Dave as one of our associates.
